Golden Age Nursing Home is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our district-owned, Medicare/Medicaid-certified facility in Braymer, Missouri. We are committed to providing exceptional care, a safe environment, and a supportive workplace for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the facility
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead, support, and develop staff across all departments
- Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture
Qualifications
- Current Missouri Nursing Home Administrator license (LNHA) required
- Prior experience in long-term care leadership preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and survey processes
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality senior care
